To the Dump, to The Dump, to the Dump, Dump Dump. No, it in no way portrays its name. The Dump is not necessarily supposed to be known for low end, low quality furniture. The furniture is very well made and of good quality. They had mattresses, living room, bedroom, and dining room furniture. They did not have modern contemporary pieces. I was under the impression, that the prices were low, for high end pieces since they had to move the furniture out fast. However, the prices were no bargain. The showroom is quite large and I was only in the store for about 15 minutes but no one approached me and asked if I needed any help. The Dump is not a dump.
What you save in costs, you will lose in time. It was our first time buying from the Dump. We found a unique bedroom set, and it was to be delivered the following weekend. When we hadn't heard from them, we called them. No one could answer where our order was, but confirmed it would not be delivered the next day as previously confirmed. If we wouldn't have called to inquire, we wouldn't have ever of received a call. They ensured us they'd look into it, and a manager would call us back. He didn't. The next two weeks were followed by us calling them daily to understand when we'd receive our order. Whenever customer service or our sales rep told us we would receive a call back, we never did. When our furniture finally was delivered, it didn't all come because it was damaged. This led to more hours on our part trying to arrange the replacement to arrive. Just today, they were to deliver the additional pieces of furniture. They didn't arrive with both, as the one was damaged - again, and they never took it off the truck. I have spent another day trying to get ahold of someone and trying to figure out when they will make this right. We have spent at least 10+ hours of our time trying to get our furniture. So the question is what is your time worth? Because when they did offer to compensate us, it's been for $40 off. Don't waste your time on this Dump.

DO NOT EVER BUY THE WARRANTY!!! They denied my claim. Right on the front of the brochure it says ECO Premium plus Power, Frames and Mechanisms. So now two drawers wont shut all the way . They are saying the mechanism is not covered . But it says that right on the front of the brochure. $350 for nothing. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!!! Our salesman said it covered everything. LIES LIES LIES
Just the worst...after a sale has been made they take the least amount of care possible for the purchased product and for the customer they have sold it to. Purchased a bed and a mattress from the Dump Oaks on the afternoon of 11/17. The bed was the last one available anywhere and was told I could purchase the floor model. After inspecting the floor model my wife and I agreed to purchase the bed. We were told the bed would be disassembled and taken off the floor for us to pick it up the very next day 11/18. The mattress had to be picked up a week later because it was coming from a warehouse further south. Come back on 11/18 to pick up my bed to not only find it STILL ASSEMBLED OUT ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. Not only this but when I went over to look at it again they had SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE later that day after I had already purchased and paid for it. Managers start scrambling and rushing to disassemble the bed and take it into the back to be prepped for pickup. Bed is placed by loading workers in the back of my van. Upon returning to my home and unloading the bed(while still in the van) I noticed that the wooden frame supporting the underneath drawers of the bed have been completely ripped out by the screws where it attaches to the actual foot board. Obviously from being mishandled at some point, more likely when being rushed to be broken and down and quickly “prepped” for pick up. So now I’m forced to salvage and re-bracket my “brand new” bed out of my pocket. But wait the story gets better...was told it would take no longer than a week for my mattress to arrive. Drove out there to pick up on 11/24 to find that it still had not arrived yet and was “in transport”. Was told I could pick it up Saturday or Sunday, or I could PAY TO HAVE IT DELIVERED when it eventually arrived. Called today on 11/25 to find that see if it had arrived yet and guess what people...still “in transport”.... Sorry for the short story everyone, but please save yourself the grief and aggravation and don’t bother coming to this place. Maybe other Dumps are better than this one, but I for sure will never set foot in that one again. Spend your $$ elsewhere!!!
