Nice place. Very clean. But I saw a lot of people walk past the ticket booth and not pay for their movie. I'm guessing the employees don't care if you paid for a ticket or not.
This is a decent theater. With 24 screens, there are usually a variety of movie choices and plenty of time slots, especially for the popular movies. They could keep the theaters a bit cleaner between showings though.
The customer service from the staff was great. They were all friendly and welcoming. The theaters were very nice and seats are comfortable. And whoever made the popcorn is a master.
Love that the cinema is so huge, more than likely the movie you want to see will be playing here. However, the price for food at the concession stand is outrageous! If you want to continue to charge those prices with long wait times, I suggest you add food service inside the theater during the movie like your competitor. Real food and drink would be greatly appreciated.
The theater we were in was fine. The seats did not recline. The sound and picture was clear.
